refund and returns policy

HEFTI offers refunds, returns & exchanges on all products, within 14 days of the original purchase.

What conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange:

⁃ To request a refund, return, or exchange, make sure your product is unused, undamaged, and in a perfect reselling condition.
⁃ We will only accept refunds/returns/exchanges on a product that is bought on our website www.hefti.co.za with original proof of purchase
⁃ We will refund or exchange products that have been sent incorrectly by HEFTI.

Please do the following:

1.) Log a return
2.) After you fill out the Log a Return form, send your product back to our address at your expense:
C/O 108 POTGIETER AVENUE, Bendor, Polokwane, 0699, Limpopo.
3.) When we receive the product we will do a full inspection to make sure the product is in a perfect reselling condition.

REFUND & RETURNS:

*If you are eligible for a refund, that has been sent incorrectly by HEFTI, we will cover all courier costs.
*If you are eligible for a REFUND, we will refund you in full within 7 days of receiving the product (excluding weekends and public holidays).
*Sale items can’t be refunded or returned.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*If you change your mind about the products you purchased at www.hefti.co.za we will refund the original purchase price you paid.
Please note: You are FULLY responsible for all courier costs.
*HEFTI doesn’t take responsibility for any lost product on returning a product.

EXCHANGE:

*If you are eligible for an exchange, that has been sent incorrectly by HEFTI, we will cover all courier costs.
*If you want an exchange for a different product, colour, or size – Please note you will be responsible for all courier costs.
